We offer deliveries within Karachi via EasySkins’ vehicle for which we take 100% responsibility for damages. It is a very rare case if the sealed or unused item received to the customer and found broken when it is unboxed or opened. If something like this happens, the item is liable for warranty claim if the product have a warranty available.
If a client/customer is not able to pay their installment on time, they will be charged 2000 PKR for the very next month of installment.
You must have original invoice with original box and accessories for the product to be eligible for warranty claim. Your item is sent for RMA to the brand which takes 1 to 3 days or 25 to 30 days depending on the brand itself then you get your item replaced. Sometimes refunds are processed if the item is discontinued by brand or not in production.
