I ordered a Sapphire Nitro+ AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT 8GB GPU from PakByte about 3 months ago, and this was actually my first time buying something purely online without any in-person visit. The card arrived in perfect condition and has been working flawlessly with excellent temps. The delivery and payment process were explained clearly, and they also properly walked me through the warranty conditions, which gave me a lot of confidence as a first-time online buyer. There was a minor delay in delivery, but considering the quality of the product I can’t really hold that against them. The package was delivered around 11:30 PM, which felt a bit late - but honestly, it’s Karachi, so that’s not too surprising. The only other minor issue was the late responses, sometimes almost a day apart. Despite these small things, everything else went smoothly. Product was genuine, service was solid, and overall I had a very positive experience. 100% recommended and trusted! Would definitely buy from them again.

i ordered a Bloody G260P headset from pakbyte it arrived within a week. after receiving it, first thing i did was check it on my pc and i found out that the mic was not working ( giving off robotic desorted like voice ) I sent it back and they held it for a week and a half and then called it water damaged and said to change splitter cable. I bought 4 sperate splitter cables to see if it would fix when it finally arrived i checked it had the same issue with every splitter cable. Reported it back, they tried denying and said that it was alright when we checked ( they sent me a voice note from the headset microphone and a video ). Obviously the mic had no physical damage to confirm that they sent a video and the audio file could've been recorded from a different device. They provided zero proof of it being from the same device i ordered. After all of complaining they started blaming me for the damage and said it was water damage and it was because of me and i wanted return. Obviously i would want return on a half broken product when i paid the full price......... I leave the rest to you guys. If you receive your product fully functioning fortunate you, but if u receive a faulty product then Goodluck!..
