Things you need to know.

If you feel you are in need of a refund and you fit in the categories below, please let us know in a support ticket in the bottom right chat:

  • To request a refund, you must submit a support ticket.
  • Partial refunds may be granted once considered suitable.
  • We can only refund the purchased amount back to the original source of the initial payment.
  • There are no refunds for the items that were booked for the customer.
  • A 3% processing fee may apply by the payment processor upon refund on card payments..
  • Issuance of the refund may take up to 2 business days – Depending on the payment method the return of the funds may take up to 7 business days.
  • Preorder items might face delay on arrival time given to customer, there is no refund for preordererd items once allocated/booked except for some cases.
  • You can return your product purchased from us within 5 days.
